3) I fully realize that defree of risk is involved in the practice of any martial arts, now I/my ward wish to take training and participate in tournaments & Seminars.
4) I hereby fully & unquestionbly realize for any & all injuries, accidents or losses that I/my ward may receive while practicing the Martial arts sponsorsed by this organsation or seperate activity having membership therein.
5) Universal Fight and Fitness teach highly advanced karate, kickboxing techniques to therer students.
6) Students can play and perticipate Karate, Taekwondo & Kickboxing seminars, Tournaments from this practice.
7) Admission Fees once paid shall not be refunded back in any case.
8) Practice good personal hygiene habits. Keep uniforms neat, clean and odor free.
9) remove all Jewellery before entering class.
10) Please arrive 5 min prior to your class time slot.
